“Color of Taste” by Marc Stolfi

The colors and textures of everyday foods are really amazing if we stop and take the time to look. When I fill my basket from my vegetable garden, I marvel at the variety and vibrancy which springs from the earth. I am reminded how blessed we are to have so much food available to us. I love to cook, and I love to eat, so painting food is perfectly natural to me. Bon Apetite!

You will notice that the garlic is surrounded by peppers of many colors. The white, stinky garlic is being caged in by diversity. And tomatoes. Ok, this is just a piece with vibrant vegetables. (Yes, tomatoes are a fruit–get over yourself).
